Lasheeda Perry is a celebrated pastry chef and founder of Queen of Flavor, a dessert tasting room in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. With nearly two decades of experience in high-end hotels and restaurants, she’s known for creating bold, globally inspired desserts with a personal touch. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she’s held executive pastry roles at Bon Appétit Management Company, the Four Seasons Atlanta, and the iconic Beverly Wilshire.
Lasheeda rose to fame after winning Sweet Genius and earning the nickname “Queen of Flavor” on Best Baker in America. She’s competed on Beat Bobby Flay, Alex vs America, and has been featured in Food Network Magazine and Pastry Arts Magazine. Beyond her accolades, she’s deeply committed to mentorship and community impact, using her journey to uplift the next generation of chefs through programs like C-CAP.
